4. Sharp at all focal lengths wide open

5. Works well with both full frame as well as APS-C Canon DSLR as well as Canon mirrorless cameras

6. Compatible with Tamron Tap in console for firmware upgrades and adjustment to lens

7. Decent VC / IS (vibration compensation / image stabilization)

Things to keep in mind

1. Slightly heavier - attributable to it being a metal well built lens

2. Need adaptor Canon EF-RF mount for use with mirrorless camera

3. Nothing else - yes it is that good a lens
